The first step is making sure you’re logged into your Womaze account.

If you're logged in and still not getting the push notifications, we recommend deleting the app and then redownloading/making sure your app is updated to the newest version. When logging in after redownloading, make sure to click “allow notifications.” If you have an iPhone, you can also go to the systems app on your phone and under the “notifications” tab, make sure that Womaze’s notifications are turned on.

If you have an Android, you should be automatically receiving notifications. If you have any other issues, please email us at info@womaze.com. We want to make sure that you’re receiving these messages of love and support!
